Join us for the annual United Way of El Dorado Campaign Kickoff! This is a community-wide celebration that launches our giving season and brings together donors, funded partners, and neighbors. This event is open to everyone in the community!

From September through December, United Way of El Dorado raises funds to support our funded partners. These local organizations provide essential services throughout our community.
87% of all campaign donations go directly to our funded partners the following year during Allocations.
United Way of El Dorado also provides its own services to the community.
These programs are designed to strengthen the community and support local families & individuals.
Community Resource Navigation – Supporting individuals and families with personalized guidance, resource navigation, and financial coaching to help them move from crisis toward stability.
Disaster Assistance – When the flood hit the community in 2025, United Way of El Dorado played a key role in providing emergency funds and support to affected families.
Your donations ensure these programs and services remain strong for the people who live here.

We also support mini grant recipients who make a positive impact in our community. These include Butler County EMS Kids Camp, Coutts Museum, Equality El Dorado, Head Start, Kids Need to Thrive, USD 490-The Outreach, and Wheatland Fishing Has No Boundaries.
Campaign Kickoff is a hands-on, interactive way to learn about the organizations we support.
Meet the nonprofits making a difference in your community. Each funded partner has a booth at the event where you can learn about their mission and services, hear stories of local impact, and ask questions and connect directly with their staff and volunteers.
Explore the room and match clues to the correct organization. Complete any row, column, or diagonal on your scavenger hunt card to win fun prizes!
Snap a photo with friends, coworkers, or family and help spread the word about the campaign.
Participate in activities throughout the event for chances to win prizes.
The Campaign Kickoff brings our community together to celebrate the start of our season of donations. Your support ensures that vital programs—food assistance, youth services, crisis support, mental health resources, and more—continue to thrive.
